DELIVERY

Since our products fall under the category of digital products, there is no physical shipping process. Your orders are delivered in high resolution to the email address or WhatsApp number you provided during purchase. The processing time for orders is up to 2 days. Urgent orders are given priority, and the completed video will be delivered the next day. Finished videos are sent daily between 18:00 – 23:00.

Urgent Orders

We prioritize urgent orders. A fee of +$3 is applied for this service.

Standard Orders

1. If there are too many orders, your recording may be processed later.
2. Groups generally record standard orders second, as they may appear tired after completing urgent orders.

RETURN POLICY

If the recording has not yet started and the order was placed by mistake, you can contact us for a full refund.

For completed orders: Since our products are digital and involve special effort from our team in filming the videos, refunds are not provided unless there is an issue caused by us.

If there is a request for a replacement due to low video quality, distortions, or errors that are not caused by the customer, the video will be re-recorded and delivered as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

If you contact us for orders that have not been shot and were created by mistake, we will send you your full refund. For products that have been delivered; Since the products are in the digital product category and are video shots with the special effort of our team, they are not returned unless there are reasons not caused by us. If you request a change and there are low image quality, image distortions, or video errors that are not caused by you, the video will be re-shot and sent to you as soon as possible.
